Nicely designed 4mm thick ally bash plate. Not the prettiest welds, but functional. Where vents are and around edges it is chamfered. Louvered section on front had a few sharp edges but a couple of minutes with a file sorts it. It is noisier than a HDPE bash plate but will protect well and cope with impacts better I think. Overall, excellent product and price.
