I found the fitment and build quality to be the same as the original part. All the necessary parts to mount the skid plate are included.
However, there are no instructions, so you need to get creative. That is the biggest minus of the item, otherwise it would get 5 stars.
As for the quality of the materials, we will only know that after testing on some rocks.
